
Buyback Terms and Conditions
By submitting items for buyback, the seller accepts and agrees to the following terms:
Items Eligible for Purchase
We only accept items with their original boxes. Items without boxes will not be accepted.
*If your item originally did not come with a box, please contact us for confirmation before sending it.*
Only items that fall under the following categories are eligible for purchase. Please review both the accepted and non-accepted items carefully before sending or bringing your items in.
Please note that the items we buy may differ between Mail-In Buyback and In-Person Buyback. If an item is not accepted through Mail-In Buyback, it may still be eligible for In-Person Buyback. Please review the categories carefully, and if you're unsure, consider both options.
Accepted Items:
- Japanese Anime Figures: Figures of characters from anime or manga (e.g., One Piece, Attack on Titan, Dragon Ball, etc.)
- Tokusatsu Figures: Figures related to Tokusatsu series such as Ultraman, Kamen Rider, Godzilla, etc.
- Game-related Figures: Figures of popular video game characters (e.g., Final Fantasy, The Legend of Zelda, Monster Hunter, etc.)
- Figures from Japanese Manufacturers: Figures produced by Japanese companies like Kotobukiya, Good Smile Company, etc.
- Transformers Figures: Even though produced by American manufacturers, Transformers figures are accepted for purchase.
Non-Accepted Items:
- Funko Figures: Including any anime-related Funko figures (e.g., Marvel, Star Wars, Disney, etc.)
- Non-Japanese Manufacturer Figures: Figures from non-Japanese companies such as Marvel, DC Comics, Disney, or other American or international brands.
- Items with Unknown Manufacturers: Items with no clear manufacturer will not be accepted.
- Non-figure Items: We do not accept plush toys, accessories, or any non-figure items.
- Pirated, Counterfeit, Unlicensed Products: We do not accept illegally produced products.
- Items must be in good condition. Even if the item has its box, it will not be accepted if it is broken or incomplete (missing parts, accessories, etc.).
- If non-eligible items are sent, they will not be purchased, and the return shipping will be the seller’s responsibility.
- We may reject certain items based on their condition, even if they fall within the accepted categories.
- Items to be appraised must be sent to us, FOB Destination. The seller assumes all risk for the items until they are safely delivered to us.
Purchase Price
The purchase price will be determined after the appraisal. If you do not agree with the appraisal price, return shipping will be your responsibility, and items will be returned via UPS freight collect.
Guideline for Buyback Prices
At our company, we assess buyback prices based on various factors including product condition, current market value, and our inventory levels. As a general guideline, our estimated purchase prices are:
Unopened items: Approximately 50% of our selling price
Opened or used items: Approximately 30% of our selling price
Please note that our selling prices fluctuate depending on market trends and inventory status.
For opened items, the condition of the product can significantly impact the buyback price. Factors such as visible wear, missing accessories, or absence of original packaging may result in lower offers.
These percentages are intended as rough estimates only.

If you are considering selling a large number of items, we recommend bringing in just a few items initially. This allows you to get a better idea of the estimated payment amount before proceeding with a larger lot.
Appraisal Process
Appraisals will be conducted after we receive the items. We accept up to 30 items per appraisal. If you wish to submit more, please divide them into multiple requests.
Payment Method
Payment will be made via PayPal within 2 business days after the appraisal is completed and the agreement is confirmed. Please note that payments may take longer due to holidays or non-business days.
Return/Shipping Terms
If you disagree with the appraisal value, return shipping will be your responsibility. Items will be returned via UPS freight collect.
Handling of Personal Information
Please ensure that all personal information you provide (e.g., name, phone number, email address) is accurate. If any of your contact information changes, please notify us promptly. We are not responsible for issues that arise due to incorrect or outdated contact details. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and ensure it is securely managed.
Identity Verification:
To prevent fraud and ensure the security of all transactions, we require identity verification at the time of application. You will need to provide:
- A valid form of photo ID (e.g., driver’s license)
- A live photo of yourself (taken via a camera)
- Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill)
All information will be securely handled and processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations in cooperation with certified verification partners.
No Purchase from Minors
We do not accept items from individuals under the age of 18. You must confirm that you are a legal adult (18 years or older) before entering into this agreement.
Fraud Prevention Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any purchase agreement and report to the appropriate authorities if the item is determined or suspected to be counterfeit, fraudulently represented, or stolen. If, during the appraisal process, an item is determined to be counterfeit, misrepresented, or potentially stolen, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. In such cases, return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We may retain the item or notify the appropriate authorities.
Abandonment Policy
If we are unable to contact you within 30 days after the appraisal, the items will be considered abandoned according to California Civil Code Section 2080.7. In such cases, a check for the appraised value will be sent to your last known address.
