STEP 1: Submit Your Application

STEP 2: Complete ID Verification
Complete the ID verification process during your application. If your verification is not confirmed, you will receive a separate link to finish the process.
STEP 3: Sign the Consent Form
Once your ID is verified, we will send you a consent form. You must sign the form and send it along with your item list.
STEP 4: Ship Your Items
Send your items, along with the signed consent form and item list, to the provided shipping address.
STEP 5: Inspection & Evaluation
We will check your items against the submitted list and begin the evaluation process.
STEP 6: Receive Buyback Offer
After the evaluation, we will contact you with the final buyback offer.
STEP 7: Accept or Decline the Offer
If you accept the offer, we will proceed with payment. If you decline, return shipping is your responsibility.
Buyback Program Details
Submit Your Buyback Form
Before sending in your items, please fill out the Buyback Form on our website. As part of this process, you will need to complete an ID verification. You will be asked to upload:

A valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license)

A live photo of yourself

A proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
Once your form is submitted and ID verification is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the agreement attached. Please sign the agreement and send it along with your items.

Accepted Items:

Japanese Anime Figures: (e.g., One Piece, Dragon Ball, Attack on Titan)

Tokusatsu Figures: (e.g., Ultraman, Kamen Rider, Godzilla)

Game-related Figures: (e.g., Final Fantasy, The Legend of Zelda, Monster Hunter)

Figures from Japanese Manufacturers: (e.g., Kotobukiya, Good Smile Company, etc.) – including American comic figures (e.g., Marvel, DC Comics, Star Wars) produced by Japanese companies

Transformers Figures: Even though produced by American manufacturers, these are accepted.
Not Accepted Items:

Funko Figures (Including anime-related: e.g., Marvel, Star Wars, Disney)

Non-Japanese Manufacturer Figures (e.g., Marvel, DC Comics, Disney, etc.)

Items with Unknown Manufacturers

Non-figure Items (We do not accept plush toys, accessories, or other non-figure items)
Important Notes:

Items without boxes or that are broken or incomplete (missing parts, accessories, etc.) will not be accepted.

If non-eligible items are sent, they will not be purchased, and return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

We may reject certain items based on their condition, even if they fall under the accepted categories.

Purchase Process
Once we receive your items, we will conduct an appraisal. The purchase price will be determined based on this appraisal. If you disagree with the appraisal value, return shipping will be your responsibility. Items will be returned via UPS freight collect.
Payment Method
Payment will be made via PayPal within 2 business days after the appraisal is completed and the agreement is confirmed. Please note that payment may take longer during holidays or non-business days.

Handling of Personal Information
Please ensure that all personal information provided (e.g., name, phone number, email address) is accurate. If any of your contact details change, please notify us promptly. We are not responsible for issues that arise due to incorrect or outdated contact information. We treat your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and will ensure it is securely handled.
No Purchase from Minors
You must confirm that you are a legal adult (18 years or older) before entering into this agreement. Age verification will be conducted as part of the ID verification process. If it is determined that you are under the age of 18, the agreement will be canceled, and no purchase will be made.
Fraud Prevention Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any purchase agreement if the item is found to be counterfeit or misrepresented. Returns for such cases will be handled at our discretion.
Abandonment Policy
If we cannot contact you within 30 days after the appraisal, the items will be considered abandoned in accordance with California Civil Code Section 2080.7. In such cases, a check for the appraised value will be sent to your last known address.
